Different Chapters of the Bankruptcy Code address different purposes and needs for individuals and businesses.

Bankruptcy Court is a federal court located in Denver, Colorado.  For all bankruptcies, detailed bankruptcy schedules and statements must be filed with the Court, in addition to other documents.

The Bankruptcy Code provides for bankruptcy relief and protection for those who qualify, but also imposes extensive requirements as well.  CR&L assists provides clients with valuable legal advice as to whether, in the first instance, a bankruptcy filing is advisable, and if so, which Chapter of the Bankruptcy Code would be appropriate, in addition to all of the other services we provide.
